Tarheel Golden Retriever Club proudly presents

A three-hour seminar with

Gayle Watkins, Ph.D.
Avidog® International, LLC

This seminar is a condensed version of Avidog’s Transformational Puppy Rearing seminar which focuses on the why, what and how of Avidog’s scientifically based, ground-breaking puppy-rearing system that enables us to bring out the best in puppies. Dr. Watkins will share how you can add science to your puppy rearing, week by week, to produce healthy, stable dogs that are well prepared for their future homes.

It is her intent to convince you that applying Transformational Puppy Rearing methods is not only critical to raising great pups, but also is possible to incorporate into your breeding program. You will begin to think strategically about the puppy’s mental, physical and social development.

The seminar has something to offer any serious dog person but will have particular appeal to:

  • present and future dog breeders of competition, working and pet dogs
  • working dog owners and handlers
  • performance dog owners
  • dog trainers
  • veterinarians and vet techs

Spots are limited so register early!

It has often been said that the average presenter informs, the good presenter persuades and the great presenter inspires. Gayle definitely belongs in the latter category. I have never been to a workshop where so many people had such profound shifts in thinking and such enormous learning, regardless of background, experience, interest or breed.

The Transformational Puppy Rearing seminar was incredible. Gayle’s intelligence, passion, and commitment, along with her dynamic delivery and wonderful sense of humor, made the two information-packed days fly by and left me wanting more.

Avidog seminar? I would miss a dog show, an agility trial….heck, maybe even my own wedding to attend another seminar…
